    The 12 Scroll commands (Scroll Left Edge, etc.) belong to [Window] category.
    But they are “labeled” [Edit] category. (See them in the Keyboard Map.)
    This causes, in the Keyboard tab of the Configuration Properties dialog, pressing the > or < button can not reach these commands. And the commands after them in [Window] category (e.g. Last Accessed Document) are also affected.
